Design for the Future of Learning
How can design enhance the educational experience for students and teachers?
Education is evolving from a passive, teacher-centered approach to an active, student-centered approach that addresses different learning and teaching styles. The goal of this project is to improve the quality and reach of education by providing students and teachers with a variety of learning spaces. To achieve this, the design includes spaces for independent and collaborative leaning. Within these spaces, there are areas dedicated to technological, kinesthetic, and task oriented leaning.

THE PURPOSE
Design Process
The design addresses modern educational needs by integrating flexibility, independence, communication, and vertical learning within a collaborative core and focused shell. Each space provides different areas for students to learn individually, together, and with technology.
