Sydney Taylor is a designer on the path to becoming a registered interior designer.  She graduated from LSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and became a LEED Green Associate in 2015.  She is currently a designer at CI Group, a furniture dealer in Baton Rouge, where she is responsible for specifying, programming, and space planning.  Previously, Sydney was an independent contractor focusing on product design, marketing, and small interior projects.  In this role, she analyzed clients’ needs and proposed new approaches to meet their goals.

     She joined USGBC Louisiana in late 2017 and has served on the Green Schools Committee, Baton Rouge Programming Committee, and is currently on the Board of Directors.  She believes this chapter will be the catalyst that pushes Louisiana towards a more environmentally and socially responsible future.
